In addition to classic steel construction, we manufacture all conceivable steel structures for mechanical engineering.

CERTIFICATION
Specialist company according to the Water Resources Act
To protect water and the environment, work on systems for handling substances hazardous to water may only be carried out by specialist companies as defined by the Water Resources Act (WHG). Such facilities include commercial and industrial facilities designed for the storage, production or use of these substances. Due to the high risk to the environment, particularly high requirements are placed on WHG specialist companies.
A&W Maschinenbau GmbH is appropriately qualified as a specialist company and therefore authorized to manufacture containers and drip pans for this sector.
This results in a quality guarantee that you as a customer can always rely on.
Non-destructive material testing
Our ISO 9712-certified testing personnel are on hand to provide you with advice and assistance
in the field of weld seam testing.
NDT (non-destructive testing) is subject to a strict certification process in order to prevent personal injury and damage to property.
We can also offer VT2, PT2 or MT2 tests as an on-site service provider.
QUALIFICATION
EN1090: Factory production control (FPC) and welding certificate
As a manufacturer of load-bearing steel components, we are equipped with the corresponding WPK and welding certificates in accordance with EN 1090 EXC 3.zertifikaten ausgestattet.
DIN EN 1090 regulates the proof of conformity, factory production control, manufacturer certification and CE marking for load-bearing steel and aluminum components used as construction products throughout Europe.
In accordance with building legislation, manufacturers of products subject to building inspections are obliged to issue a CE declaration of performance. In order to fulfill this requirement, extensive certification of the individual production steps is necessary.
In addition to the welding process, all other quality-relevant areas are certified by TÜV Süd:
