Container Construction

In the field of tank construction, we manufacture tanks and sumps in accordance with §19 WHG. Here, too, we take individual customer requirements into account. Our range of services extends from planning, design and production to transportation and integration into the production cycle.

We produce the containers and drip pans in steel and stainless steel. With our hydraulic 4-roller round bending machine, we can roll sheet metal in S235 up to a maximum thickness of 10 mm and a length of 2100 mm. The bending function cuts the sheets to be processed precisely to size. We also have a profile rounding machine with which we can round angle steels up to 100×12 mm and HEA beams up to HEA 140. We have various turning devices at our disposal for welding the containers.

Leak testing is carried out using the dye penetration method (PT) and leak testing for closed containers. Our products are manufactured by our certified welders. We supply complete documentation including TÜV certificate.
